Subsequently, we decided to upgrade all our roll stands with <strong>Turborex brakes<\/strong>. The benefits are that the Turborex <strong>multi disc brake<\/strong>, with <strong>double fan eco-friendly brakes<\/strong>, improves the unwinding efficiency, while ensuring the <strong>highest performance<\/strong> and the <strong>least maintenance<\/strong> requirements for spare parts. With double fan ventilation, Turborex operates at <strong>lower temperatures<\/strong> on the toughest applications, <strong>24\/7<\/strong>, where working conditions are extreme.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He continues, \u201cIn addition, we have updated the old chuck for new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renova-srl.cn\/en\/mechanical-chucks\/roll-ejector-chucks-duplex\/\"><strong>Duplex roll ejector chucks<\/strong><\/a>. This resolved two long-standing problems, which often occurred during the production cycle. The first was a <strong>paper wastage<\/strong> problem, which was caused by the reel core slippage. Our paper waste most often occurred during splicing, because of incomplete unwinding of the roll or due to core damage. The second problem related to a <strong>lower safety level<\/strong> for the operator and the machine due to the manual intervention with levers or other tools for the discharging of stuck reels or cores from the reel stand.\u201d[\/vc_column_text]<span class=\"et-gap et-clearfix et-gap-881793\"><\/span>[vc_column_text animation_delay=&#8221;0&#8243;]<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-25835 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.renova-srl.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/renova-on-ipb-march-2019-03.jpg\" alt=\"renova on ipb march 2019\" width=\"374\" height=\"281\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The customer concludes: \u201cWe like working together with <strong>Renova<\/strong>.
