(named Renova for brevity in the following text) and the Customers; the Customer is always the company to whom the goods are invoiced, even if those same goods are resold to third parties by the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>Different conditions may apply to specific commercial transactions only if they have been agreed and confirmed in writing by Renova. VAT and other applicable taxes are not included in Renova prices and will be separately charged to the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>Prices are considered ex RENOVA (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd., based in Shanghai, PRC.<\/p>\n<p>Transportation from Renova\u2019s location to the Customer is not included, and the goods always travel at the Customer\u2019s risk. Packing for the goods is included in the price; Renova will choose the best packaging for safe transport of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum invoice value for any order is CNY 1000.00 \/ $ 100.00.[\/vc_column_text]<span class=\"et-gap et-clearfix et-gap-578542\"><\/span><h5 class=\"et-heading text-align-left tablet-text-align-inherit mobile-text-align-inherit animate-false no-animation-type\" id=\"et-heading-905212\" data-delay=\"0\" data-mobile-font=\"inherit\" data-mobile-line-height=\"inherit\" data-tablet-landscape-font=\"inherit\" data-tablet-portrait-font=\"inherit\" data-tablet-landscape-line-height=\"inherit\" data-tablet-portrait-line-height=\"inherit\" data-parallax=\"false\" data-move=\"false\" data-coordinatex=\"0\" data-coordinatey=\"0\" data-speed=\"10\"><span class=\"text-wrapper\"><span class=\"text\">PAYMENT TERMS<\/span><\/span><\/h5>[vc_column_text animation_delay=&#8221;0&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1731599037161{margin-top: 12px !important;}&#8221;]The payment term listed on the order acknowledgement sent to the Customer by Renova is the only valid payment term for that specific purchase order; this term may be subject to change by Renova without prior notice to the Customer. Credit is granted at Renova\u2019s discretion and can be revoked at any time.<\/p>\n<p>Goods are invoiced when ready for shipment. All payments are to be made in CNY (Chinese Yuan) or in Dollar.<\/p>\n<p>Delays in transport of goods cannot justify a delay in payment under any circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>Renova reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month for overdue accounts.[\/vc_column_text]<span class=\"et-gap et-clearfix et-gap-410753\"><\/span><h5 class=\"et-heading text-align-left tablet-text-align-inherit mobile-text-align-inherit animate-false no-animation-type\" id=\"et-heading-16761\" data-delay=\"0\" data-mobile-font=\"inherit\" data-mobile-line-height=\"inherit\" data-tablet-landscape-font=\"inherit\" data-tablet-portrait-font=\"inherit\" data-tablet-landscape-line-height=\"inherit\" data-tablet-portrait-line-height=\"inherit\" data-parallax=\"false\" data-move=\"false\" data-coordinatex=\"0\" data-coordinatey=\"0\" data-speed=\"10\"><span class=\"text-wrapper\"><span class=\"text\">OWNERSHIP<\/span><\/span><\/h5>[vc_column_text animation_delay=&#8221;0&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1731599048902{margin-top: 12px !important;}&#8221;]Ownership of the goods remains with Renova until full payment for all goods has been received by Renova in accordance with the terms written on the order acknowledgement.<\/p>\n<p>If payment is not received in whole or in part or upon commencement of any action or proceedings involving Renova\u2019s insolvency, Renova reserves the right to recover and resell the goods.[\/vc_column_text]<span class=\"et-gap et-clearfix et-gap-578542\"><\/span><h5 class=\"et-heading text-align-left tablet-text-align-inherit mobile-text-align-inherit animate-false no-animation-type\" id=\"et-heading-866481\" data-delay=\"0\" data-mobile-font=\"inherit\" data-mobile-line-height=\"inherit\" data-tablet-landscape-font=\"inherit\" data-tablet-portrait-font=\"inherit\" data-tablet-landscape-line-height=\"inherit\" data-tablet-portrait-line-height=\"inherit\" data-parallax=\"false\" data-move=\"false\" data-coordinatex=\"0\" data-coordinatey=\"0\" data-speed=\"10\"><span class=\"text-wrapper\"><span class=\"text\">DELIVERY<\/span><\/span><\/h5>[vc_column_text animation_delay=&#8221;0&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1731599057551{margin-top: 12px !important;}&#8221;]The delivery term listed on the order acknowledgements sent to the Customer by Renova is the only valid delivery term for that specific purchase order, and Renova will adhere to it except in cases beyond its control.<\/p>\n<p>Renova accepts no liability for financial or other loss (whether direct or indirect) caused to the Customer if the delivery is nevertheless delayed.<\/p>\n<p>If Renova is asked by the Customer to store goods, or if Renova has to store goods due to delays in payment after the goods are ready for dispatch, the Customer will pay for storage and any other related charges.
