Safety in the production plant should be a priority and moving manually heavy loads is highly inadvisable. That is why we have designed a line of roll pushers that allows the operator to maneuver cylindrical loads effortlessly and safely.
They are used to move both large and small reels on flat surfaces and their positioning on shuttle cart, thus eliminating any effort of the operator.
With a thrust force up to 100 tons, this product line reduces risks for the operator according to the Technical Standards ISO 11228 “Ergonomic Manual handling”.
Compact, handy, and heavy-duty at the same time, Renova’s roll mover allows agile handling of cylindrical loads, saving time for other activities, thus improving the productivity in the plant. Furthermore, they are intuitive, easy to use, and can be operated without a license and even in narrow spaces where forklifts are not allowed.
Any application is different, that is why our roll pusher line they can work both with fragile materials, as tissue paper, and resistant ones, as cables or metallic wires, preserving their quality and avoiding damages.
